{ "title": "Shipping", "content": "<ul><li><span>Under normal circumstances your item/s will normally be dispatched same day, or the next business day after payment has been cleared.</span></li><li><span>Stock levels are monitored closely to ensure that we don't run out of any item in our product range, however there are times that we will experience an unexpected run of a certain item and we do run out. In this circumstance the product concerned will show as 'out of stock' on the product selection page. Please be assured that new stock is never far away and that the website will be updated as soon as we have the item back in our warehouse.</span></li><li><span>Most items will be sent via Australia Post or by courier. Either way a tracking number will be sent once your item has been dispatched, and you will receive notification via the email address you have provided.</span></li><li><span>As a customer you have full responsibility to supply us with a correct postal address, mobile number and any other details required in the check out area.</span></li><li><span>Please note: Using a P.O box is not recommended due to the size and weight of most items we deliver.
